Yoga Nidra: Fairy Fantasy: Guided Meditation For Children (Yoga Nidra for Children)

Dear Adults, Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. The purpose of the body scan is to permit the person to go into a deeper level of awareness within self. Yoga means, “Union or one-pointed awareness” and nidra means, “Sleep”. During yoga nidra it may appear as if the person is sleeping but the mind is actually in a deeper level of awareness, thus allowing the conscious and unconscious minds to be contacted simultaneously. This permits one to gain a better understanding of self in a way that is relaxing and peaceful. This is the first book of a new series.
