I purchased this absolutely stunning black velvet one shoulder knee length cocktail dress has feathers draped across the chest and over the shoulder of the dress from a socialite who loved parties from the 1950s through the 1980's. There is no size tag but with the measurements below I believe it is a size XXS. The zipper does work but the dress is too small for the mannequin. Shipped with care via USPS with tracking from a smoke free home. Please see all of my listings as I am happy to combine shipping costs. Please see all photos for condition and details as they are part of the description.
