This vintage McKids baby romper features a bold mechanic / garage theme, executed in striking red, white, and blue color blocking. The design includes appliqué text reading "Garage," "Gas," and "Go," along with an embroidered race-car graphic with exhaust detail—an unusually complex motif for McKids babywear.
All construction details, materials, and labeling are consistent with authentic McKids production. However, this specific design does not appear in known McKids catalogs or resale archives, suggesting a limited run, test design, or region-specific release.
After six months of active searching, no catalog images, advertisements, reference photos, or third-party listings of this design have been located.
