Vetericyn Plus® Dressing Gel

Vetericyn Plus® Antimicrobial Dressing Gel is a thicker, high-viscous version of our popular hydrogel. This squeezable Dressing Gel adheres to the site of application, creating a barrier for the wound. It clings to the site and immediately provides soothing relief and protection. The Dressing Gel is great to use under wraps and helps provide optimal moisture (not too wet or too dry) to maximize the wound healing environment. It protects as it aids healing by helping to keep dirt and debris out of the area.  Vetericyn Plus® Antimicrobial Dressing Gel will not cause dermal irritation and is safe for use in sensitive areas. For best results, we recommend flushing and cleansing the wound with Vetericyn Plus® Wound and Skin Care liquid prior to applying the Dressing Gel.

 HOW TO USE 

Shake well before use. Move excess hair from wound area. Clip if necessary. Open cap and invert bottle. squeeze out gel and saturate the affected area and cover with a bandage,  or  wrap  with  dressing.  For best results, flush and clean with Vetericyn Plus Wound Care spray if dirt or debris exist and use in conjunction with Vetericyn Plus Antimicrobial Dressing Gel for proper protection and moisture balance during healing stages. Repeat at each dressing or bandage change 3-4 times per day or as necessary. Faster healing is achieved when wounds are cleaned and maintained moist. No rinsing  necessary. Safe for use around mouth, nose, ears, and eyes.
