Transmission Chain of Power 1Meter 35x200mm Bridge Type Plastic Cable Chain Wire Carrier Drag Towline for CNC Engraving Machine Transmission Large Equipment Transmission Chain of Power(R125)

35x200mm Wire Carrier Cable Drag ChainBridgeType Open On Both SidesWith End Connectors TowlineFor CNC Router Machine ToolsEquipment Cable ProtectionPlastic towline structure:1) The towline shape like tanks chain, composed by a large number of unit links between therotating freely link.2) Within the same series of towline high, outside the high, the same pitch, towline in width, bend radius R may have a different choice.3) Unit chain around the chain plate and the upper and lower cover composition, towline can openeach section, easy assembly and disassembly without threading, to the cable, tubing, pipe, pipe, etc. into the towline after opening the cover.4) Also available separators, the chain separated by space as needed.Package includes:1 Meter X Drag Chain (Length includes both end Connectors)Quick selection of specifications:35x50mm,35x60mm,35x75mm,35x100mm,35x125mm,35x150mm,35x175mm,35x200mm,35x250mm.Towline selection of main parameters:Within high: Select built-in cable, tubing, pipe, pipe, etc. As one of the most coarse reference height, plus at least 10% of the height of the space within the towline as high. If the overlap byoverlapping the actual height as the reference height.Wide: Choose thicker some cables, tubing, pipe, water pipes, with its outer diameter and as thetowline wide reference, and stay at least 10% of the width of the space.Bending radii R: choose built-in cable, tubing, pipe, pipe, etc. The maximum bending radius as a reference value, and left more than 10 percent of the space.Use towline length = R + 0.5R + stroke / 2After bending towline total height = 2R + external highTowline place principles: Should leave 15% of the remaining space for built-in cable, tubing, etc., may move freely in theradial direction of the towline does not produce tension. Larger diameter difference between thewire should be laid separately, weight distribution, if necessary, be separated by the dividing sheet. In the high-speed or high-frequency operation, to try to make the wires apart from each other on a level, do not make it mutually stacked more time in the cable, pipe, tubing, etc. is recommended touse separators.==========Item Type : Mechanical Kit/Hardware PartsInner Size : 35X200mmOuter Size : 55x226mmMax outer diameter of cable : 30mmPitch : 62.5mmLink Per meter : 16Material : PlasticStructure : Bridge type and both sides can be openedWith Connector : YesEquipment Cable Protection : Leaf ChainTransmission chain : Machinery and equipment
