Tormek T-1 Kitchen Knife Sharpener for Home Use

The Tormek T-1 is modeled after the Tormek T-2 Pro Kitchen Knife Sharpener. The T-2 was specially designed for the Swedish Culinary Team and we have now made it available for the home chef, in a smaller, yet effective way. You can now sharpen your kitchen knives in your own home easily, even if you aren't handy. The angle guide does most of the work for you. You just set it and go!

• Precise setting of the sharpening angle with the patented guide
• Composite honing wheel with integrated polishing agent for razor sharpness
• Fine-grained diamond grinding wheel for professional results
• Minimal material removal – you don't grind away more steel than necessary
• Powder-coated housing fully cast in zinc, with a sturdy oak handle
• Quiet running – only 45 dB
