Timber Wolf Band saw Blade 103 inch x 1/4 inch, 4 TPI For Roughing Dry Wood

Suffolk Machinery Corporation maker of the Timber wolf blade has through the use of premium Swedish steels, proprietary induction hardening methods and exclusive tooth milling processes created some of the finest woodworkingblades in the world. The milling of the teeth of theirblades into a piece of strip steel produces a finished, razor sharp edge without ever having to stamp or grind the teeth. Induction hardening allows for different but more precise hardness throughout the blade. These unique manufacturing techniques along with the use of Swedish Silicon steel and the highest quality alloys set these blades apart from all other wood and metal cuttingblades.

• Depth of cut range: Kiln Dry Wood: Hardwood 2 1/2” - 6" Softwood 1 1/2” – 4”
• The PC design has sixty percent of the feed speed capabilities of a hook tooth, while at the same time giving you the great finish of a skip tooth.
• The depth and roundness of the gullet increases sawdust removal and cutting speed while the milled teeth help to reduce consumption of horsepower.
• Teeth are milled instead of stamped and as a result are considerably sharper.
• The Swedish Silicon Steel runs considerably cooler then conventional steel and as a result will last much longer. Heat kills blades!
