The No. 9 Ramekin

A perfect casserole dish for any recipe. For small portions, size and volume are especially important to make baking perfect. Baking in the oven is even and does not dry out the edges, thanks to our high-strength ceramic. The high resistance of our glazes protects your ramekins from scratches, bumps and allows regular cleaning in the dishwasher without risk of damage. Like all Emile Henry products, ramekins are made in France.

• The casserole dish no. 9 from Emile Henry is ideal for baking small sweet desserts (diameter 9 cm, height 5.5 cm)
• With its diameter of 9 cm, it is very suitable for fairly dense recipes that require controlled portions (dark chocolate fondant, rice or semolina cake, caramel cream...)
• A simple style that brings elegance to your table for dessert.
• Made from ceramic, this material allows for even and hearty cooking, while at the table the temperature is maintained throughout the meal.
• Like all Emile Henry products, this ramekin is made in France and comes with a 10 year warranty. Oven, microwave and dishwasher safe.
