Complete remodel of a 1967 combination stereo from legendary mid-century maker, The Fisher. The Model 95 was a 20-watt purpose-built consumer model featuring an FM-only radio. These models were produced hastily to showcase Fisher's entrance into semiconductors as a ploy to entice buyers for the failing company. Few were made and they carried an insanely high retail cost ($3K in today's $$). Discontinued after Emerson took the bait and acquired Fisher in '69. At +30 pounds, it's a heavy beast. FREE shipping to lower 48.
Remodel mirrors original functions:
Digital FM radio retrofit - knob (far right) retained for appearance-no function
Serviced Garrard 40 MKII turntable with Pickering cart and new stylus
Refreshed with new amplifiers, active tone, phono pre-amp, power and wiring
Features dual 20-watt class-D power amps
AUX in and LINE outputs
Repainted and re-stenciled panel
Soft-blue LED lamps, Bluetooth and "1967" memorial are enhancements
Includes speaker wiring, and instructions.
