Taskmaster designs its steel wheels from the ground up. We use high-grade steel throughout the entire wheel, whereas others only use high-grade steel in the center disk. By combining superior materials with superior designs, we removed 10-15% of unnecessary material, saving weight and improving fuel economy and load capacity. Our E-coat and painting process produces a finish that lasts 1000+ hours in salt spray testing, which is double what a galvanized wheel can withstand. These steel wheels have other tangible benefits, such as Improved Torque Retention and perfectly round valve holes that don’t leak air slowly like cheaper wheels. Taskmaster delivers the highest quality steel trailer wheels on the market by any measure.
