Stone Creek Long Tall Sally

Stone Creek™ Long Tall Sally Nymph

The Stone Creek™ Long Tall Sally Nymph is a highly effective stonefly pattern designed to imitate Yellow Sally stonefly nymphs and other small aquatic insects commonly found in trout streams throughout the season. Featuring a slim profile, natural coloration, and lifelike movement, this fly excels when trout are feeding selectively on smaller subsurface insects.

Tied with custom blended materials for a realistic appearance, the Long Tall Sally closely matches the subtle coloration and shape of natural Yellow Sally nymphs. Its slender body allows for a natural drift while providing the movement and profile needed to fool even wary trout in clear water and pressured fisheries.

An excellent choice during summer stonefly activity, this pattern performs exceptionally well in freestone streams, rivers, pocket water, riffles, and rocky runs where Yellow Sally nymphs are commonly present.
