SOLiX Classic Centre Lock Hubset

The Solix Classic CL Front hub is available in 24 or 28 hole counts and weighs just 120g. This hub is designed for optimal performance and durability, featuring a scalloped spoke flange and a new seal design. Compared to Torch front hubs, Solix offers matched bearing specifications with a 41% higher load capacity for even load distribution. The updated bearing preload method ensures smooth performance and a long service life. The hub also includes an endcap debris shield and full-contact lip seals for superior bearing protection in harsh conditions.

The unique scalloped design of the hub flanges improves strength and reduces weight by distributing stress more effectively than a simple round shape. The hub flanges are strategically placed to achieve the best balance of bracing angle and spoke tension, providing a solid foundation for custom wheel builds. The Solix Classic CL Front hub is available in multiple spec options and comes in 11 anodized colors for customization.

The Solix Classic CL Rear hub comes in 24 or 28 hole counts and weighs 227g. This rear hub features a continuously-phased five-pawl freehub with a 121 tooth drive ring, offering 605 points of contact for ultra-fine .59° engagement. The pawls and drive rings are crafted from A2 tool steel for maximum durability, engineered using precision wire EDM technology.

To minimize resistance and freewheeling noise, the driving diameter, pawl rotation, and pawl spring pressure have been reduced, along with changes to the FH seal layout. The Solix rear hub utilizes matched hubshell bearing specifications for even load distribution, an updated bearing preload method for improved performance and longevity, and freehub bearings with up to 233% higher capacity compared to Torch hubs. Debris shields and full-contact lip seals offer exceptional bearing protection in challenging conditions. The scalloped design of the hub flanges effectively distributes stress, enhancing strength while reducing weight.
