Small Citrine Crystal Specimen Piece

 Citrine is heat-treated amethyst.  Citrine does not naturally form in a geode, either.  This specimen is gorgeously transparent, with many hues of golden orange to yellow in this variety of crystalline quartz. Many believe it is a gift from the sun, which gives us a warm color to brighten up our mood. 

Though it is not rare, most people value its impressive and earth-toned color. Its color can change depending on where you display it and the type of light in its environment.
