- ENGINEERED FOR EXTREME ENVIRONMENTS – Go beyond the limits of standard filaments. Our Fibreheart PPA-GF combines a high-performance Polyphthalamide (PPA) Nylon base with strategically reinforced glass fibers. This industrial-grade composite delivers exceptional mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and thermal stability for parts that perform under pressure.
- PRINT WITH PRECISION & RELIABILITY – Tired of failed prints due to moisture? PPA-GF has exceptionally low moisture absorption compared to standard PA6 or PA12 nylons. This translates to minimal warping, superior dimensional stability, and excellent layer adhesion, ensuring your parts are printed accurately and reliably, right from the first layer to the last.
- HIGH-TEMP PERFORMANCE FOR DEMANDING JOBS – Where ABS, PETG, and ASA fail, PPA-GF thrives. It is designed to maintain its structural integrity and strength at high operating temperatures (HDT up to 185°C), making it the perfect choice for under-hood automotive components, industrial machinery parts, and custom jigs that endure constant heat cycles.
- SUPERIOR STRENGTH-TO-WEIGHT RATIO – Create robust, load-bearing parts that are incredibly lightweight. The glass fiber reinforcement provides immense stiffness and tensile strength, making PPA-GF an ideal material for metal-replacement applications in functional prototypes, drone components, and aerospace parts where every gram counts.
- EASY TO PRINT ENGINEERING FILAMENT – Featuring our Smart Fiber Reinforced Technology, PPA-GF is optimized for excellent flow and printability. For best results, print with a hardened nozzle (300-320°C) and a heated bed (80-110°C) in an enclosed printer. Each spool is vacuum-sealed in a moisture-resistant pouch with desiccant to ensure pristine quality on arrival.
