SCN Tasting Notes
Nose: Smokey roasted pineapples, mangoes and papaya, maybe even heavily charred sweetcorn from a BBQ, chocolate pralines, oak spices and sandalwood.
Palate: Through the smoke come the tart blackcurrants, there’s a creamy, baked cheesecake and Daim bars. Well-integrated sherry mixes with sweet malty notes.
Finish: There’s a touch of salty brine at the very end. Lip-smacking and it will make you smile.
