Sauna Wood Oil - 1.32 Gallons - 100% Pharma-Grade Paraffin Oil | Protects & Nourishes Sauna Wood | Solvent-Free, Unscented, Covers 600+ Sq Ft | for Traditional & Infrared Saunas

Sauna Shield Sauna Wood Oil is a premium, sauna-specific wood treatment developed in Finland to protect sauna benches and wood surfaces from moisture, sweat, wear, and tear. Unlike film-forming finishes, this 100% non-toxic oil penetrates deep into the wood fibers, creating a durable internal barrier that helps prevent staining while maintaining the natural feel of the wood. Made from 100% highly refined paraffin oil, Sauna Shield Sauna Wood Oil contains no solvents, fragrances, or additives. It is colorless, odorless, and non-toxic - making it ideal for sauna environments where heat and skin contact demand clean, simple, and safe formulations. The oil is especially effective on heat-treated wood, even exotic wood types like European alder, but is suitable for all wood types commonly used in saunas. After application, it slightly deepens the natural tone of the wood while preserving its texture and breathability. Easy to apply with a soft brush, soft sponge, or lint-free cloth, the oil absorbs efficiently—especially when the sauna is gently heated during treatment. 1.32 Gallons covers approximately 600+ sq. ft. Sauna Shield Sauna Wood Oil helps extend the life of your sauna while keeping it clean, protected, and comfortable - just as it was meant to be. Ensure the sauna wood oil only contacts the wood surfaces of the sauna. Oil that touches metal, plastic, stone, or any other surface may produce smoke when the sauna is heated. For safety, avoid applying the oil to surfaces near or above the sauna stove in traditional saunas to prevent vaporization.
