The one-two punch:
Thermo compression is a combination of thermotherapy (heat) and dynamic compression (squeeze), used for the treatment of pain and stiffness.
The Recoup Fitness Thermosleeve effectively reduces pain and tension in arms and legs without sacrificing mobility. It can be easily incorporated into any rehabilitation or recovery routine and makes it unbelievably easy to incorporate into your day.
- Thermo compression causes the diameter of your blood vessels to increase. This results in increased blood flow, which helps to reduce stiffness and soreness.
- Infrared heat with compression is significantly warmer than a heating pad, alone, due to improved skin contact and increased tissue density, resulting in faster and longer lasting recovery.

How to use it:
To activate the Thermosleeve, turn the battery on, connect to the USB cord, hold the on switch for 3 seconds, select a temp of low (blue), medium (green), or high (red), and slide on.
Push down and twist to tighten and active the BOA dialed-in compression for the perfect fit. Release compression by pulling up on the dials.
