Precision Threading Die - M5 x 0.8, 6g Tolerance by VLKEL

The threading ring must screw onto the entire length of the work piece's thread by hand, without excessive force. If this isn't possible, the thread doesn't meet the required standards (defective). The reference temperature for work pieces and gauges is 20°C. Upon request, VÖLKEL can provide a factory calibration certificate. Calibration is performed in an independent lab, following specified standards (DIN, ISO, ANSI), using IAC thread scanners.

• Manual Threading Test: The Gewindelehrring should screw onto the Werkstück's thread smoothly by hand, without excessive force
• Thread Quality Check: If the Gewindelehrring cannot be screwed on, the Werkstück's thread does not meet the required standards (Ausschuss)
• Reference Temperature: Werkstücke and Lehren are calibrated at 20°C
• Calibration Services: VÖLKEL offers on-request Werkskalibrierschein. Independent lab calibration follows set norms (DIN, ISO, ANSI) using IAC-Gewindescanner
