Prairie Select is the latest and greatest innovation from Prairie Malt. Made with premium barley, this extraordinary malt features lower color than Prairie Malt's other base malts and consequently is an ideal choice for brewing Pilsners, Light Lagers, and other recipes where low color is desired. With flavors and aromas that possess more of a distinctive elegance than your average base malt, Prairie Select tastes as profound as it performs. Use Prairie Select to brew beers with efficiency, consistency and character.
An extraordinary malt with lower protein content and color profile than many other base malts in Prairie Malt's lineup, Prairie Select is made with premium barley and stands out in Pilsners, light lagers and other adjacent styles.
