PICADOR SHOCK ABSORBING DOUBLE LANYARD

The Picador shock absorbing lanyards have been created with a patented tear tape construction which provides a consistent result when deployed. The Picador doesn’t come with a plastic sealed wrap around the tear tape as we believe that the tear tape needs to be able to breathe and be inspected; something that isn’t possible when you have a clear wrap around it and especially an issue when it becomes wet, allowing mildew to grow underneath the wrap. We also have chosen for a looped 25mm webbing lanyards, giving a good protection. Added to this both legs are end-terminated onto the energy absorber through an O-ring. Minimizing the risk of rubbing.

Note: Rope lanyards provide a better abrasion resistance compared to webbing lanyards.

Great for use in scissor lifts, general fall arrest and tower climbing.
