Personalized Tote Bag & Pouch Set with Pop-out Design by Uchinoko LABO

This is a limited page for those who have been our monitors. Please review the product details and conditions below and proceed with your purchase. We offer a customizable tote bag and pouch set featuring your child's photo in an illustrated style. Here's how to place your order: 1. Select your child's name and Instagram username on the product page. 2. Choose your preferred bi-color option for the tote bag (Black or Light Gray). 3. Upload your child's photo. Please ensure the photo is clear, not cut off, and your child is not too far away. We recommend uploading the original photo, not a screenshot or cropped image. For multiple photos or different sizes, please add items to your cart separately. After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please send this to us via DM. We'll send you an image for your approval once the design is complete. You can request up to two modifications. Additional changes may incur a processing fee and take about a week. Please allow approximately three weeks for production and delivery, not including weekends and holidays. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that the size and placement of photos and text may vary. Also, monitor colors may differ from the final product. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we cannot guarantee delivery times due to external factors. To care for your bag, please wash it gently, avoid the dryer, and allow it to air dry in a shaded area or indoors. We look forward to serving you!
