Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FZ50 Digital Camera

This digital camera, released in 2006, features a 12x optical zoom lens that covers a wide 35mm to a telephoto 420mm range, along with optical image stabilization.

It utilizes a Leica DC lens with a bright aperture of F2.8-3.7, making it easy to use even at telephoto settings. The zoom is manually operated via a rotating dial, and the overall length doesn't extend when zooming, contributing to ease of operation.

While the pixel count is a modest 10.1 megapixels, it employs a CCD image sensor, which should allow for photos with rich color reproduction.

Purchased used several years ago, the exterior is in good condition with no noticeable scratches. The lens is also free of mold and fogging.

All functions, including autofocus, zoom operation, exposure, flash, shooting, playback, and saving, are working well. Photos 15 and 16 are sample images taken with this camera.

Included accessories are the original box, lens cap, lens hood, charger, battery, connection cable, strap (unused), and CD-ROM. Although the instruction manual is not included, a PDF version appears to be available on the manufacturer's website.
