Nike Free Metcon 6 AMP Women's Workout Shoes (IB6902-600, Washed Coral/Black/Sail) Size 7

The Free Metcon 6 opens your world of workout possibilities. We added even more forefoot flexibility to our most adaptable trainer and reinforced the heel with extra foam. That means more freedom for dynamic movements during plyos and cardio classes, plus the stable base you need for weights. This floral-themed design spruces up your workout as you breeze through the room.

• We laser-siped the outsole for better flexibility, whether you're jumping, planking or powering through plyometrics
• We also rounded the big-toe side of the forefoot for better agility and quickness when making sudden movements.
• We added more foam in the heel for improved stability when digging deep for another rep.
• Laser-siped foam in the forefoot and midsole offers flexibility and comfort.
