Midnight Black Bean

Dark, sleek, and deeply flavorful, the Rancho Gordo Midnight Black Bean is the black bean elevated. Fresh-crop and carefully sourced, these small, glossy beans cook up with a rich, earthy broth and a creamy, tender interior that puts anything out of a can to shame. Their robust flavor and silky texture make them endlessly versatile and perfect for Cuban-style black beans, soups, tacos, rice dishes, or simply served in a bowl with a drizzle of good olive oil and a squeeze of lime. A pantry staple that delivers every single time.
