Loden Quality Fabric

Loden is a dense, warm, and durable wool fabric that originated in the Austrian Alps and is made by weaving, fulling, and then brushing the cloth. The fulling process involves shrinking and thickening the fabric, while brushing raises the nap to create a water-repellent, wind-resistant, and soft material. This traditional fabric is known for its robustness and suitability for outdoor wear like hunting coats and traditional costumes.
