Johnson Original Beetle Spin Fishing Lure, Gold Holo/Chartreuse, 3 in

Another revolutionary Johnson innovation, the original Beetle Spin. Simple and easy to use for any angler, the Beetle Spin is a direct ancestor of the spinner grub Virgil Ward first fished over 50 years ago. Its enduring popularity is a testament to its effectiveness and unique design that combines a jighead with a spinner blade, creating an enticing flash and vibration that consistently attracts fish. We got our start in 1949 when Lloyd Johnson and Henry Warren Denison built their first reel, the Johnson Sidewinder, in a basement in Mankato, Minnesota. We’ve been delivering high-quality products ever since. In the early 60's Johnson acquired the original Beetle Spin, a lure that is still in production today and can be found in virtually every tackle box. There have been many imitations, but none have ever matched the action and simplicity of Johnson's original Beetle Spin. Whether you're fishing in freshwater or salt, the Johnson brand has become a staple for every angler.
