The J-Tech Digital JTD18G-H5CHV2 4K HDMI Audio Extractor delivers flexible audio output by separating digital audio from your HDMI source to either optical SPDIF or 3.5mm analog stereo, supporting Dolby Digital, DTS, and LPCM pass-through (PCM required for analog). Designed for high-performance video, it supports 4K@60Hz (YUV444), 1080P@120Hz, and 1080P@144Hz, and is fully compliant with HDMI 2.0b, HDCP 2.2, DVI, and HDR10. Three selectable EDID modes (2CH / 5.1CH / Pass-Through) offer easy audio customization for soundbars, receivers, and headphones. Note: Not compatible with HDMI-ARC and does not decode digital audio signals.
- ✅ Important Compatibility Notice for HDMI Audio Extractor Users: This HDMI audio extractor with 3.5mm and optical output does not downmix 5.1 digital audio to 3.5mm analog output. Some devices like Apple TV (model A2843) and Xfinity cable boxes may experience compatibility issues. Not compatible with HDMI 1.2 sources or displays made before 2005. Supports EDID 1.3 & 1.4 only
