The 2-gallon fermenting bucket is designed with a spacious opening to facilitate the fermentation process. Additionally, the kit comes with an adhesive thermometer to monitor the temperature, an airlock to protect the cider during fermentation, and a one-step no-rinse cleanser to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.   When fermentation finishes, simply use your auto siphon to transfer the cider over to the secondary glass jug to allow the cider to finish clearing and aging.   

This kit also includes a hydrometer to check the specific gravity and potential alcohol of your hard cider.
