The Goodman GPGM5 Gas Package Air Conditioner utilizes a reliable Direct-Spark Ignition System and integrated controls with on-board diagnostics, plus a combination redundant gas valve and regulator for further safety and reliability. The GPGM5 Packaged Gas Electric unit also boasts a high-performance, energy-efficient compressor, which operates in tandem with our high-efficiency coil. The coil is made of refrigeration-grade copper tubing and aluminum fins in a design that maximizes surface area. These high-quality components together cool your home effectively while saving you money on your energy bills as compared to lower SEER units.

- Direct spark ignition system includes a microprocessor-based control for the entire ignition sequence

- This furnace does not comply with the SCAQMD Rule 1111 nor the SJVAPCD Rule 4905 14 ng/J NOx emission limit and therefore is not eligible for installation in California’s South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD)
