Give your kitchen cutlery an upgrade with the Ergo Chef Pro Series 8 Piece Kitchen Knife Block Set. This quality kitchen knife set helps you tackle a wide range of food prep tasks, from slicing meat and poultry to chopping fresh herbs and vegetables. Strong, exceptionally sharp, and well balanced, these knives are fully forged from a single piece of high-carbon German stainless steel. Forged blade construction ensures strength and durability, and it's precision heat-treated for long edge life. Handles features a patented ergonomic design for a comfortable, secure grip. A hardwood block provides safe storage and is gentle on knives' edges. A sharpening steel is included to keep your knives sharp, and the kitchen shears are useful for trimming poultry, snipping herbs, cutting parchment paper, and other kitchen tasks.

There are few things in the kitchen that we rely upon more than our cutlery. Whether we’re preparing or serving. Whether it’s a late night cheese snack, mom’s favorite stir-fry or carving the thanksgiving turkey, our cutlery must perform well. Low quality knives dull easily, strain our wrists, endanger our hands and fingers and make preparing and serving an unpleasant chore. Hack away at your snack and meals no more. With Ergo Chef’s pro-series knives, you’ll be assured of sharpness and balance. The superior quality blades are made of precision forged German stainless-steel. The knives offer full tangs that make them strong and give them perfect balance. And, the handles are ergonomic. Quality and superior design come together so that preparing or serving your food will be about the food and not about the tools that limit.

About Ergo Chef LLC
Ergo Chef was founded by Scott Staib, a Johnson and Wales University-trained chef. After years of working in the food service industry, Staib was sidelined by tendonitis and carpal tunnel syndrome - a result of the repetitive motions of frequent chopping and slicing. Together with his engineer brother, Mike, Staib set out to create an ergonomically-designed knife. After years of development and field testing by professional chefs, culinary chefs, and instructors, the Ergo Chef company was born. Created with high-quality materials and detailed craftsmanship, the company's knives feature a unique shape that slices clean, without discomfort to your wrist or hand. Ergo Chef's line of cutlery is available at online retailers, department stores, specialty shops, and more. In 2008, the company collaborated with Food Network personality Guy Fieri to create a knife set under the brand Knuckle Sandwich.
