Domingo Rojo Bean

Rich, robust, and deeply satisfying, the Rancho Gordo Domingo Rojo Bean is a red bean worth getting excited about. These medium-sized, glossy beans shimmer in stunning shades of deep burgundy, purple, and garnet, and cook up with a full-bodied, earthy flavor and a creamy, hearty texture that holds up beautifully in bold preparations. Think red bean soup, rice and beans, chili, or slow-braised dishes where they can soak up every bit of flavor around them. They are also great for your summer salads! A go-to for anyone who takes their beans seriously.
