DiMarzio Relentless J Bass Pickup Set - Nickel

Billy Sheehan-designed J-style Bass Pickups Co-designed with bass guitar legend Billy Sheehan, the DiMarzio Relentless J set takes the classic J-style pickup to a whole new level. For starters, the shape of these pickups eliminates sharp edges for playing comfort that's nothing short of otherworldly. What's more, the design of these pickups places them extra close to your strings for enhanced dynamics. You also get DiMarzio's patent-pending parallelogram double-coil design for added dimension, punch, and dynamics, while metal covers with foil-shielded cables ensure low-noise operation. As for sound, Relentless J pickups contain neodymium magnets, which yield 70% more output than typical passive designs, along with expansive midrange punch, ultra-snappy highs, and incredibly articulate lows. To top it off, the bassists here at Sweetwater have found the broad magnetic field produced by Relentless pickups to facilitate extreme note-bending with zero volume dropouts.
