The CRS-15.2 is a professional-grade installation tool designed for precise crown race seating on modern forks with 1.5" and 1-1/4" oversized steering columns. This system combines a reinforced driver tube with interchangeable drifts to ensure accurate, damage-free installation when paired with a hammer or mallet. Essential for workshop technicians and serious home mechanics working with contemporary fork standards, it delivers the control and reliability required for proper headset assembly.
Includes two drifts — 1 1/4" and 1.5" — made from anodized aluminium to avoid damaging the crown race.
Features:
- Steering columns with a 1 1/4" or 1.5" (31.7 to 38.1 mm) diameter
- SHIS sizes 33 and 40
- Steering columns up to 330 mm (without extension) or 425mm (with extension) in length
