  • Vintage Sugar & Creamer Set, Iridescent Lusterware, Pearl China, Collectibles, Art Deco, Tableware, Serveware, (Discontinued)
  • Made in East Liverpool, OH, USA
  • Vintage: circa 1940's - 1950's
  • Details:  This is one of the coolest sugar and creamer sets we've seen!  They have a very irregular shape and look VERY Art Deco to us, some might call it Mid Century Modern, either way, they are unique.  Not only the shape is great, but the swirls on the sides and the finish, a creamy iridescent with all that thick gold, just fabulous!  Excellent hostess gift or housewarming gift, perhaps with a flavored sugar!
  • Materials:  Ceramic
  • Dimensions:  Creamer:  6.0 inches Long (from spout to handle), 3.25 inches Tall (at its tallest point). Holds 4 oz.  Sugar:  6.5 inches Long (handle to handle), 3.0 inches Tall, (at its tallest point, handles). Holds 4 oz.
  • Condition:  Vintage - Used.  Excellent Condition. We could find no issues with either of these pieces.  Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns. Please remember these are VINTAGE and ANTIQUE items, they are NOT new, every effort has been made to show any scratches, wear and tear and imperfections.

Pearl China was founded in 1931 by two brothers, George and Dennis Singer, in East Liverpool, Ohio.  Originally selling other maker's pottery, they did not start making their own pottery until the middle 1930s.  In 1960, the last pottery production site of Pearl China was closed and the business switched to a retail outlet.  In 1976, when Dennis and George Singer retired, new owners took over the shop.  After 82 years in business, Pearl China finally closed down in the summer of 2009.
