Corsair FANATEC Sim Racing QR2 Wheel-Side – Motorsport-Derived Quick Release, Aluminum Body, Spring-Loaded Mechanism, Quick and Easy Removal and Attachment – PC

The QR2 Wheel-Side is a motorsport-derived quick release made entirely from aluminum. Originally developed by Fanatec for the 2022 BMW M4 GT3 race car, the QR2 system was refined for the demands of sim racing. Its tapered, self-aligning design with spring-loaded locking pins ensures a secure fit between the steering wheel and base. By pushing the wheel onto the base shaft, the QR simply clicks into place. The Fanatec QR2 system transfers power and data from a Fanatec base to a Fanatec wheel securely, while being easy to remove and attach. Wheels can be hot swapped, with no need to restart the sim.

• Motorsport-derived: Designed for real race cars before being optimized for sim racing
• All-aluminum: Diecast aluminum body with CNC-machined and black anodized finish
• QR2 design: Spring-loaded locking pin mechanism and tapered shape naturally ensures a tight fit, with no additional locking parts or adjustments required
• Data and power: The Fanatec quick release system transfers data and power from a Fanatec base to a Fanatec wheel
• Super-fast attachment: Can be attached to a Fanatec base without touching the spring-loaded sleeve mechanism
