- 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩 𝐁𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: When the plunger contacts the jamb, the drop bar seal actuates from the hinge side first. This allows for multiple compression points, which helps in maintaining a tight seal between the door and the floor. This feature ensures that the door closes smoothly and tightly, preventing drafts and unwanted elements from entering the room.
- 𝐋𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞: The plunger requires a low closing force to actuate the drop bar seal. This feature ensures that the door closes smoothly and quietly without any jerks or vibrations. The "L" at the end of all product numbers stands for Low closing force, indicating that the product is designed for smooth and quiet operation.
- 𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: End plates are provided for all mounting applications. These end plates ensure that the automatic door bottom is securely mounted to the door, providing stability and durability.
- 𝐍𝐞𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡: All JELOSTONE Automatic Door Bottoms are provided in net length, which means that they are provided in their full length without any trimming. Stock length automatic door bottoms can be trimmed to fit specific door sizes, however, maximum cut should not be closer than 1-1/2" close from set screw. The set screw is located at the opposite (non-plunger) end, recessed into the extrusion about 4inch in from that end. This means that the 36-inch ADB can be shortened to a minimum length of 33-1/2 inches (850 mm) after cutting.
- 𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒: The automatic door bottom has been UL and GREENGUARD Gold Certified, Sound and Air Infiltration Tested, Fire-Rated and Smoke Tested, meets high standards for performance, safety, and environmental friendliness.
