Coffee Fool's Ethiopian Yirgacheffe (Perk)

Spicy, fragrant and as exotic as its name. Yirgacheffe is one of the Ethiopian families of coffee that will be sure to delight with warm flavors and hints of sweetness. Thought of as one of the continents finest coffees

• Ethiopian Yirgacheffe single origin coffee delivers floral, lively complexity.
• This is the opposite of supermarket coffee that got roasted dark to hide bad beans.
• The whole point is a cleaner cup with real character, not something roasted so hard it all tastes the same.
• Ground fresh right before shipping in our Perk, sized for percolators and classic stovetop brewing. Packed in a 12 ounce bag.
• Origin coffee loses too much when it sits around, so we roast small and ship fast.
