- Charge Air Cooler CAC Boost Leak Tester: For leakage issues in vehicle turbocharging and air cooling systems, this detector can accurately and quickly locate the leak point, facilitating timely repairs — not only avoiding reduced boost pressure, power loss, and abnormal increase in oil consumption, but also effectively reducing the risk of engine damage and ensuring the vehicle operates stably and reliably.
- Professional Tools: This kit includes 1pc three-way quick conversion connector, 2pc billet end caps (4" 3.5" 3"), 2pc 60 psi pressure gauge, 2pc thread seal tape, 1pc adjustable safety pressure release valve, 1pc manual pressure release valve, 1pc US standard air connector, 1pc EU standard air connector, 1pc JP standard air connector, 1pc quick-connect plug, 1pc 5ft extension line with a ball valve and pressure regulator.
- Wide Application: Suitable for Class 7 and Class 8 heavy-duty trucks, tractors, and other heavy equipment. (Note: All connections must be disconnected during pressure testing to eliminate safety hazards caused by high-pressure air leakage. After testing, the reset operation is also easy, leaving no oil residue or damaging the system.)
- Easy to Use: The kit includes two 60psi pressure gauges and stepped billet end caps (3" 3.5" 4"). Simply clamp the hose connectors to both ends of the boost side pipeline, and you can perform a system pressure/leak test. Three pressure gauges provide accurate readings, making it easy to diagnose tiny long-term leaks. The regulator controls the test pressure to prevent overpressure damage to the system. The 5Ft. extension hose comes with an air on/off valve and a pressure regulator, which can safely and accurately reduce the source pressure to a reasonable level, making it easy to check for leaks. The kit comes with US/EU/JP standard air connectors, compatible with various air source systems.
- Pressure Gauge with Pressure Relief Valve and Regulator: This charge air cooler (CAC) tester kit comes with a 0-6 bar (0-87 psi) pressure gauge with pressure regulator and pressure relief valve, and you can adjust the pressure to the desired level for testing the system. If the pressure is too high, you can reduce the air pressure by pulling the valve (automatic pressure relief when the pressure exceeds 2.5 Bar) to prevent damage to the system due to excessive pressure. (Note: Do not set the pressure above 30 psi)
