Centuries ago, in the Caribbean, pirates developed a way of preserving wild boar for their long sea voyages, seasoning the meat with wines and spices, while slowly cooking over allspice wood. The result was a delicious meat they called “Boucan”. These pirates became known as boucan-neers, or as we know them today, “buccaneers”. Captain Rodney has bottled these spices and then added a fresh peach twist for a barbeque sauce unlike any other. Our very best, you have the Captain’s word on it. Our Peach Barbecue Boucan Sauce combines the unique flavorful heat of our Boucan spices with sweet peaches for a taste that will keep your guests coming back for more. Try it with any barbeque, on Cedar-Planked Salmon, our famous Peachtree Chicken Cheese Dip or Liam's award-winning Southern Peach Skillet Cornbread.
Made with: Peaches, Sugar, Hot Sauce (Aged Cayenne Pepper, Vinegar, Water, Salt, Garlic Powder), Lemon Juice, Salt, Butter, Liquor Flavor.
