Bootstrap Farmer 80 Pack of Blue 4 Cell Inserts for 1020 Trays | Heavy Duty Seed Plugs with Air Prune Slits for Stronger Roots | Made in USA

For growers who cannot afford equipment failure, Bootstrap Farmer 4-cell inserts deliver the durability and performance needed for consistent results. Manufactured in the USA from heavy-duty, BPA-free polypropylene, these trays withstand repeated use without cracking or becoming brittle, reducing annual replacement costs. The design directly addresses a common cause of transplant failure: root circling. Each cell incorporates vertical air prune slits to guide root growth downwards, creating a dense, fibrous root system ready for vigorous growth upon transplanting. The deep cells accommodate the larger root masses of plants like tomatoes and peppers, while the oversized drainage hole prevents waterlogged soil and simplifies seedling removal. Eight of these 4-cell inserts fit securely into a standard 1020 tray, creating a stable and efficient system for your propagation needs.
