The nine-foot hose will allow the operator to clean fabric on a couch without having to stop to move the Deep Cleaning Machine, or clean fabric that is normally out of reach.

Before using the Bissell Commercial Hose and Upholstery Tool, it is best to pretreat heavily solid areas.  This will decrease the time spent trying to remove the stain.  While the stain is soaking, the hoses can be attached to the machine.  To do this, simply attach the smaller solution hose to the designated opening on the top of the machine.  The larger suction hose attached to the opening at the top of the dirty water tank. Turn both hoses clockwise to lock them in place.

To release solution from the stain tool, depress the red trigger on the ergonomic handle.  It is very important not to lay down more solution then necessary, as it will take longer to dry.  Once the solution is on the fabric, use the stain tool to massage the area and suck up the dirty solution.

When finished with cleaning it is very important that the stain tool be cleaned out of any debris and rinsed off.  Both of the hoses will also need to be removed and rinsed out.  Be sure that no water is left in the hose when putting it back into the bag.

Always check the labels on all of the fabrics to be cleaned; some of them are dry clean only, and using the Bissell Commercial Deep Cleaning Machine can sometime ruin fabric.
