Light, surfy, and powerful, the Armada ARV 116 JJ UL is the ultimate weapon for freeride touring. With deep rocker lines and trimmed down weight profile in the ski's extremities, the ARV 116 JJ UL climbs and descends with ease and power.
Watch any ski flick with an Armada athlete, and you'll see why the ski they use needs to be super poppy. Pillow lines, butters, smears, and drops are what this ski is designed for, and the Caruba wood core and glass laminate matrix combine to create one of the snappier skis on the market.
Light and durable are two characteristics that don't always go hand-in-hand. Armada solves this problem by building the ARV 116 UL with a 1.7 Impact Edge under AR75 sidewalls to beef up the impact resistance on big stomps.
- AR75 Sidewall
