Introducing AlumaComp's Aluminum Archival Painting & Mounting Panel, a premium product designed specifically for professional photographers, fine artists, and graphic artists. This unique double-sided panel features a brushed aluminum surface on one side and a polished smooth surface on the other. The texture that grips can be sanded or polished for any texture necessary, making it ideal for a variety of artistic mediums. Made from 100% archival material, this panel is rigid and strong, yet surprisingly lightweight. It measures 4mm (3/16") thick and is acid-free, ensuring your artwork will not break down over time. This panel is a perfect choice for those seeking a modern look for their art prints or screen printing. Designed for versatility, the panel accepts most fine art media and can be used primed or unprimed. You can prime and paint in traditional oils & acrylics, or apply mixed media directly. This makes painting on metal panels a breeze, catering to both experimental and modern art projects. The AlumaComp panel is also great for plein air painting, thanks to its lighter weight and stronger construction. It is free from moisture, making it ideal for working in environments where humidity levels fluctuate. Even more, it also serves as a perfect mounting surface for photos, acting as an excellent alternative to stretched canvas or wood panels that are prone to mildew. It can be framed without needing a backing board, adding a sleek and professional finish to your artwork. The AlumaComp Aluminum Archival Painting & Mounting Panel reinvents the presentation of your artwork with its fresh, modern look. Experience the difference of painting on metal panels and create artwork that is as durable as it is beautiful with AlumaComp.
