- 【TOTAL ENCLOSURE DUST PROTECTION】 Unlike standard casters with open rings, our advanced total enclosure design fully seals the ball bearings and axle. This barrier effectively blocks sawdust, hair, sand, and industrial debris from entering the internal mechanism. Ideal for messy environments like woodshops, garages, and warehouses, ensuring the wheels glide smoothly for years without seizing or requiring constant cleaning.
- 【DUAL LOCK SAFETY SYSTEM】 Experience absolute stability with our enhanced double-lock mechanism. Engaging the pedal simultaneously locks both the 360-degree swivel plate and the wheel rotation, transforming your mobile equipment into a stationary fixture. This zero-drift stability is critical for operating power tools on workbenches or keeping heavy tool chests secure on sloped garage floors.
- 【SILENT & FLOOR-SAFE RUBBER】 Engineered with a premium quality rubber composite that combines the durability of steel with the quietness of soft rubber. These wheels absorb vibration and shock, gliding silently over concrete, tile, and wood floors without leaving scratches. The industrial-grade polyurethane tread resists chemical corrosion and flat-spotting, even under sustained static loads.
- 【INDUSTRIAL GRADE CONSTRUCTION】 Built to support demanding projects. The bracket employs thickened steel with an electrophoretic black finish for superior rust resistance compared to standard zinc plating. Equipped with precision dual ball bearings in the raceway, this set of 4 supports a total dynamic load of 1000 lbs (250 lbs per wheel), providing reliable mobility for furniture, carts, dollies, and heavy equipment.
- 【COMPLETE INSTALLATION KIT】 We eliminate the hardware store run. Each set includes 4 heavy-duty casters (2 locking, 2 non-locking or 4 locking depending on variant), plus a comprehensive hardware pack: 16 heavy-duty screws for wood, 16 bolts and nuts for metal, a wrench for assembly, and a pair of protective gloves. Universal top plate fits most standard mounting patterns for quick upgrades to carts and tables.
