3-3 to 46: ZONE IT!

This book will focus on the ability to go from a 3-Down Defense to a 4-Down Defense to the 46 Defense. Playing with a Hybrid defender will give you the opportunity to get into these different fronts and looks without changing your defensive personnel. This scheme allows you to be very multiple in your looks, but very simple in your reads and techniques. The book will also dive into playing Zone Concepts as the primary coverages. Moving from 3 Down, to 4 Down to 5 Down, alternating each snap, will allow you to keep opposing Offenses Off Balance. This book will also include all of the Defensive Stunts and Blitzes, to make your Defense "Active" if that fits your personnel. Playing zone coverage behind these fronts allows you to keep the ball in front of you on passing downs and apply "Safe Pressure".
