  • Shim-Free Door & Window Installation: Our topstar fasteners adjustable shim screws are designed to replace traditional shims when installing wooden doors, windows, and door jambs. This fastener system allows for precise plumb installation without stacking, cutting, or repositioning shims. Ideal for contractors and DIY installers, these screws help achieve accurate alignment faster while reducing installation errors and rework commonly associated with standard fasteners.
  • Fine Adjustments in Both Directions: Our topstar fasteners feature a unique screw-within-a-screw design that allows fine adjustments forward or backward, even after the door or window frame is set. Micro adjustments help reduce workload by eliminating the need to loosen fasteners or remove trim. This adjustable fastener system makes it easier for one person to install doors accurately and maintain alignment over time.
  • Secure Hold with Dual-Diameter Design: Our topstar fasteners use a 1/4" inner adjustment screw combined with a 3/8" four-point threaded sleeve that anchors firmly into wooden frames. The threaded sleeve provides a secure hold while remaining stationary during adjustment, ensuring stability and strength. This design makes the fastener ideal for door jambs, wooden windows, cabinets, insulation, paneling, and built-in wall units.
  • Star Drive with ZIP TIP for Faster Installation: Our topstar fasteners are equipped with a recessed Star Drive (T-15) to minimize stripping and improve torque control. The ZIP TIP self-starting tip allows faster penetration into wood with no pre-drilling required, saving time on every install. Designed for productivity, this fastener system works efficiently with compatible Crown Bits for smooth and controlled installation.
  • Durable Steel Construction & Wide Compatibility: Our topstar fasteners are made from premium steel with a white zinc plated finish to resist rust, corrosion, and wear for long-lasting performance. Compatible with GRK and U2 Fasteners Top Star Crown and T-15 Star Bit systems (bits sold separately). Supplied in a 100-count box, these fasteners are trusted by professionals for reliable results on wood-to-wood applications.
